Clearview Ave — Adaptive Reuse
"This home had incredible character hiding under years of neglect. The exposed brick chimney in the kitchen, the arched doorways — we didn't want to cover any of that up. We leaned into it."

"A multi-unit building that needed a full modern refresh. We went with a clean, contemporary aesthetic — gray tones, subway tile, stainless appliances — designed to feel more like a home than a rental."

The Red Door Duplex
"Small but sharp. This compact duplex needed a bold exterior to match the clean interior. The painted white brick, dark gray siding, and red doors give it a personality that stands out on the street — and tenants love it."

15th St — Character Preservation
"This home was full of original details — an ornate fireplace surround, arched doorways, original wood trim and doors. We didn't want to modernize the character out of it. We preserved what made it special and updated what needed it."
What we did
- Preserved ornate fireplace and original wood trim
- Refinished hardwood floors throughout
- Granite countertops with beadboard wainscoting
- Wrap-around porch with brick columns

Kenmore Duplex — The Amenity Is the Rent
"Right across from Shadyside Park with the gazebo. We kept this one intentionally simple and affordable — white-painted brick fireplaces, refinished hardwoods, clean basements. Not every property needs the premium treatment. Sometimes the best thing you can do is keep the rent fair."

- White-painted brick fireplaces in both units
- Refinished original hardwood floors
- Clean, practical kitchen updates

Cuyahoga Falls
Bailey Twin — Desirable & Done Right
"Bailey Rd is one of the more desirable areas in the Falls. This brick ranch duplex didn't need to be overdone — just done right. Clean finishes, a marble tile shower, new furnace, and proper basement drainage. Quiet street, good neighbors."

Kenmore Colonial — Systems First
"A big house with a tricky plumbing problem — the water line to the upstairs bathroom used to freeze every winter, making it completely useless. We fixed the line, installed new HVAC, and gave the whole place a clean renovation. Now both bathrooms work year-round."

- Fixed freezing water line — both bathrooms now functional
- New HVAC system and ductwork
- Navy blue painted cabinets with white subway tile

Firestone Park
Wilbur — Small Home, Big Upgrade
"An odd little brick ranch near Firestone Park — small but full of potential. The garage only had an exterior entrance, which made no sense. We built an interior door into the garage, cleaned everything up, and turned it into a cozy, affordable rental with a fenced yard."
What we did
- Built interior entrance to attached garage
- Dark gray cabinets with granite-look counters and breakfast bar
- New bathroom with gray vanity and brushed gold fixtures
- Vinyl plank flooring and in-unit laundry

Kenmore Rebuild — Winsome & Private
Some houses get touched up. This one was taken apart and rebuilt from the ground up. The sewer line actually needed to be rebuilt from the years or root intrusion.
What we did
- New Electrical
- New Sewer line replaced and concrete walkway
- New HVAC system (Just before summer)
- New drywall, paint, and flooring throughout
- New kitchen cabinetry and Whirlpool stainless appliances
- Front and back porches both rebuilt from scratch
- Concrete garage floor and automatic garage door
- New fencing surrounding the entire property and gated enclosure for privacy
