Our Work

Every property has a story.

We don't just renovate houses — we transform them into the best version of themselves. Here's a look at what we've taken on, what we saw in each property, and what it became. Every one of these is still in our portfolio today.

Built to keep, not to flip

Every project below represents a property we believed in, invested in, and plan to own forever. Each one tells a different story about how we approach our work.

Cuyahoga Falls
"A multi-unit building that needed a full modern refresh. We went with a clean, contemporary aesthetic — gray tones, subway tile, stainless appliances — designed to feel more like a home than a rental."

What we did

  • Modern kitchens with gray cabinets and subway tile backsplash
  • Stainless steel appliance packages in every unit
  • Oak vanities with matte black hardware in bathrooms
  • Vinyl plank flooring throughout

Cuyahoga Falls
"Small but sharp. This compact duplex needed a bold exterior to match the clean interior. The painted white brick, dark gray siding, and red doors give it a personality that stands out on the street — and tenants love it."

What we did

  • Painted brick and new siding with bold red doors
  • Granite counters with white cabinets
  • New concrete and garage parking
  • Bachelor-sized units, clean and affordable

Kenmore
"This home was full of original details — an ornate fireplace surround, arched doorways, original wood trim and doors. We didn't want to modernize the character out of it. We preserved what made it special and updated what needed it."

What we did

  • Preserved ornate fireplace and original wood trim
  • Refinished hardwood floors throughout
  • Granite countertops with beadboard wainscoting
  • Wrap-around porch with brick columns
  • New concrete pad and clean basement

West Hill
"This one went fast — a solid brick duplex that mostly needed cleanup, not reinvention. We refinished the hardwoods, painted the cabinets, updated the bathrooms, and built a floating deck in the fenced backyard. Kept it affordable and practical."

What we did

  • Refinished original hardwood floors
  • Painted cabinets with new vinyl plank in kitchens
  • Marble-look tile in updated bathrooms
  • Built floating deck in fenced backyard

Kenmore
"Right across from Shadyside Park with the gazebo. We kept this one intentionally simple and affordable — white-painted brick fireplaces, refinished hardwoods, clean basements. Not every property needs the premium treatment. Sometimes the best thing you can do is keep the rent fair."

What we did

  • White-painted brick fireplaces in both units
  • Refinished original hardwood floors
  • Clean, practical kitchen updates
  • Kept affordable — the amenity is the rent

Cuyahoga Falls
"Bailey Rd is one of the more desirable areas in the Falls. This brick ranch duplex didn't need to be overdone — just done right. Clean finishes, a marble tile shower, new furnace, and proper basement drainage. Quiet street, good neighbors."

What we did

  • Marble tile shower surround and backsplash
  • Crown molding preserved throughout
  • New Goodman furnace and clean basement
  • Refinished hardwoods and back deck

Kenmore
"A big house with a tricky plumbing problem — the water line to the upstairs bathroom used to freeze every winter, making it completely useless. We fixed the line, installed new HVAC, and gave the whole place a clean renovation. Now both bathrooms work year-round."

What we did

  • Fixed freezing water line — both bathrooms now functional
  • New HVAC system and ductwork
  • Navy blue painted cabinets with white subway tile
  • Arched doorways and clean vinyl plank throughout
  • Massive attic with exposed original rafters

Firestone Park
"An odd little brick ranch near Firestone Park — small but full of potential. The garage only had an exterior entrance, which made no sense. We built an interior door into the garage, cleaned everything up, and turned it into a cozy, affordable rental with a fenced yard."

What we did

  • Built interior entrance to attached garage
  • Dark gray cabinets with granite-look counters and breakfast bar
  • New bathroom with gray vanity and brushed gold fixtures
  • Vinyl plank flooring and in-unit laundry

Goodyear Heights
The home was well taken care of through the decades. We made it a point to keep the cabinetry and solid oak trim and expose the hardwood floors

What we did

  • Preserving Oak
  • Enhancing floors and galley cabinetry
  • Modernizing Appliances
  • Adding efficiencies like remote controls and landscaping
