What we did

- Navy blue painted cabinets with white subway tile
- Arched doorways and clean vinyl plank throughout
- Massive attic with exposed original rafters
This is one of the first properties we've taken on though it had a long term tenant from previous management. There was a work around we had to follow each year during winter - using an extension cord to heat up the water line for the second bathroom. Fun stuff. No longer an issue, in fact not in the photos, we added fencing to surround the entire backyard. Hopefully privacy is appreciated.
